Today’s “Word of the Day” is covidiot and it is a noun meaning “a person who refuses to follow the health & safety measures designed to prevent COVID-19 spread”.

Example Sentence: Thousands marched in Berlin on Saturday to protest against measures imposed in Germany to stem the coronavirus pandemic, saying they violated people’s rights and freedoms. Police filed a complaint against the organizer for failing to ensure marchers wore masks and kept their distance.
