  4. urban planning (noun) – the process that seeks to control the development of cities through local regulations and direct interventions, to fulfill a number of objectives, such as mobility, quality of life and sustainability.
  5. Cyclone Nivar (noun) – it is a tropical cyclone in the North Indian Ocean. The name ‘Nivar’ has been selected from the list of names given by Iran. In the Parsi language, the name ‘Nivar’ means light. Cyclone Nivar made landfall around Puducherry early on Thursday (26NOV20) as a severe cyclonic storm (SCS).
