  1. recapitalisation (noun) – it is a type of corporate reorganization involving substantial change in a company’s capital structure, especially by replacing debt with stock.
  2. prudently (adverb) – wisely, sensibly, carefully.
  3. infuse (verb) – add, introduce.
  4. starve of (verb) – divest of something necessary.
  5. afloat (adjective) – out of danger/difficulty; out of debt.
  6. tranche (noun) – (of money) a portion/division of something.
