  32. dexamethasone (noun) – it is a man-made/synthetic /artificial corticosteroid.

  34. wake-up call (noun) – something which alerts a person to a problem and makes him/her to do some remedial action.

  37. at any cost (phrase) – no matter how much effort or money needed.
  38. Amphotericin-B (noun) – an antifungal medication used for serious fungal infections.
  39. ramp up (phrasal verb) – increase (in amount or number).
  40. augment (verb) – increase, intensify; improve, boost, enhance.
  41. timely (adjective) – prompt, punctual, appropriate, opportune, well timed, at the right time.
