Fixing suburban rail travel – The Hindu (July 13, 2016)

The murder of a young woman in broad daylight at a key suburban railway station in Chennai on June 24 has exposed how train passengers remain vulnerable in terms of their personal safety and security. It is no surprise that the suspect chose a place where there was very poor security and surveillance. For further reading, visit “The Hindu”.
