  1. heed (verb) – pay attention to, take into account, abide by.
  2. mobilisation (noun) – the act of bringing resources together for a particular cause.
  3. devolution (noun) – transfer, delegation, distribution.
  4. equitable (adjective) – fair, right, impartial/unbiased.
  5. cursory (adjective) – casual, routine, inattentive/half-hearted.
  6. entrust (verb) – assign, give the responsibility for, hand over.
